Busy Internet, one of Ghana’s internet service provider has launched a new mobile app. The self-service app has been designed for users to have the flexibility to enjoy services on-the-go, from anywhere, at any time.
The Busy App allows users make internet bundle package purchases, track data consumption and gift internet bundle packages to other users.
Speaking on the launch in an interview, Ms. Rosy Fynn, CEO of Busy internet stated that the company’s mandate is providing the Ghanaian populace with tools to navigate easily and grab opportunities in the digital space hence the release of the new app.
Thomas Brien-Mensah, Head of Marketing in his remarks stated that Busy internet, taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic, is providing its customers with fast and easy services as their well-being is paramount.
After the first download, the app gives users 1gigabyte free internet data bundle and has received praise on its easy-to-use user interface. A user, Michael Agbeko-Ghatti commended the app saying, “I have tried a lot of apps from telecom companies and this is the best! It is very easy to use and has excellent graphics. This a great improvement and worth the download”.
The new Busy app is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
