The organizers of Africa Digital Festival, the Pan-African festival to unlock Africa’s Digital Future through series of events from showcasing of innovations by Africans to providing a platform for discussing policies and implementation plans for a Digital Africa and awards to recognise digital innovators and pacesetter on the content is set to announce its maiden list of 50 African digital champions.

The Africa’s 50 Digital Champions is a list that will bring innovators, startups including policy makers and champions from 50 of Africa’s countries to lighting on innovations that are using to impact, change and improve lives across Africa.
Speaking to Foster Kofi Sam, the Chief Vision Officer of Africa Digital Festival via a whatsApp conversation, he indicated its part of the Festival to recognize startups among others who are not given that attention across while sharing more lights on these individuals would help that secure more funding, grants while creating more awareness to their impact in Africa.
The list is to be announced later in August 2020 and we at Africa Digital Report will update you more as soon as the list drops.
